Meet & Greet comes to Cologne

After the first event in Aachen in early 2023, this time we are getting together with our next network member - University of Cologne. We have planned an exciting scientific afternoon for senior and junior researchers, veterinarians and laboratory animal technicians working in the field of biomedical animal research. You will have a chance to listen to the state-of-the-art applications of the 3R principle at your locality, to meet with new colleagues and exchange on the topic.

We are very much thankful to our local organizers, Dr. Maureen Walberer, Animal Welfare Officer, at the University of Cologne, and Prof. Dr. Branko Zevnik, Head of in vivo Research Facility (ivRF), at CECAD Research Center for their collaboration.

What is Meet & Greet?

It is an information and networking event which takes place at the premises of our network members. The aim of the event is to reach out to local scientists, students, veterinarians, laboratory animal technicians and further technical staff who have a role in the field of biomedical animal research on a daily basis. Besides, we also build up a network at the individual level and seek opportunities for cooperation. Therefore, upon interest, we set up individual meetings for an extensive exchange.
