Deadline for registration is October 31^st, 2026, at 23:59 (CET).

Deadline for participation fee payment is 10 days after online registration.

Please note that cancellations can only be made by email to 3r-netzwerk-nrw@ukbonn.de until November 9^th, 2026. After this deadline, the participation fee is non-refundable.

Deadline for abstract submission (for short talk and/or poster presentations) is  October 31^st, 2026, at 23:59 (CET).

The 4^th Annual Meeting, the Get-Together event on the November 26^th, and the satellite workshop on the November 25^th is subjected to an attendance fee, and a registration is complete once the payment is done in 10 days after online registration. There is single fee (90,00 € for regular participants; 45,00 € for student participants-only with a valid student document) including attendance at the 4^th Annual Meeting at the Kasteel Bloemendal, the Get-Together Evening at CT² and the satellite workshop. To complete your registration for the 4^th Annual Meeting, you are required to transfer the corresponding attendance fee in 10 days after online registration for the following bank details:

ATTENTION: Please also enter the code "M-281.0376" in the reference field (Verwendungszweck) along with your full name during your bank transfer. This is important to match your payment information in our registration system. Thank you!

Attendance at the Annual Meeting is certified as an advanced training course as part of the German advance training obligation in accordance with §3 TierSchVerV.

The 4^th Annual Meeting of 3R Competence Network NRW will take place in Vaals, Netherlands. Although the town Vaals is just by Aachen, Germany, please check if special travel rules apply to you and request in advance for necessary permissions. As we expect most of our participants from Germany, please also check with your employer and apply for an official trip in advance. Please also consider applying for an "A1-Bescheinigung" in a timely manner (usually at least 6 weeks) for social security reasons.

We will make and collect video, audio recordings and photographical shots from the 4^th Annual Meeting of 3R Competence Network NRW to use for informative and promotional reasons on our website, presentations, newsletter and further printed, digital and online media outlets. By registering to the event, you permit us to use those in which your face and/or voice might be identified. If you request to be unidentified on those data, we will then handle this data accordingly.
