Registration
We are managing the registration process for the annual meeting on the ConfTool platform again. Therefore, once you click on the "Go to registration" button, you will be first redirected to the next conference registration page. There, you need to first create a user profile. Once your user profile is created and your email address is validated, you can continue with the registration for the 4th Annual Meeting with your login details.
In order to complete your registration, you will need to transfer a participation fee to the bank account details which will also be shared with you via ConfTool platform. For more information on the amount of the fees, please check the blue information box. Attendance at the 4th Annual Meeting requires a single participation fee, which also covers optional attendance at the Get-Together Evening (CT2, Aachen, Germany) and the satellite workshop (RWTH Aachen University Hospital). Participation in these two events is opt-in and must be selected during registration via the ConfTool platform.

Registration Fee
To enable the best conference experience for you, this year a participation fee will apply to complete your registration for the 4th Annual Meeting. The amount of participation fee (including the Annual Meeting, and optional Get-Together Evening and the pre-conference satellite workshop events) is determined as:
- For regular attendees: 90,00 €
- For student attendees: 45,00€
We kindly ask you to transfer the corresponding amount in 10 days after online registration to complete your registration. For the reduced student price, the attendees should also provide a valid student ID or a similar document.

To complete your registration for the 4th Annual Meeting, you are required to transfer the corresponding attendance fee in 10 days after online registration for the following bank details:

Please note that cancellations can only be made by email to 3r-netzwerk-nrw@ukbonn.de until November 9, 2026. After this deadline, the participation fee is non-refundable.
